Shipping & payment details:

I’ve decided not to include ‘add to cart’ buttons for original art because there are more variables involved than my primitive buttons can handle. Shipping rate & package weight estimates are included with each listing to give a general idea of what the total cost will be — and in most cases, this should turn out to be the actual amount. If you’re interested in buying a piece, contact me at irrappext@gmail.com and I will assemble the package to calculate exact postage. I can combine postage for multiple pieces, and CDs and vinyl can typically be added to the package as well (with enough padding to protect the other contents).

For shipping within the States: I have to use Priority Mail since original art does not qualify for Media Mail and the packages are too heavy for First Class. Priority is faster and generally handled better, so it’s a better option for higher value items anyhow. Priority Mail rates vary depending on the distance from the shipping location, so I’ve included the range of possibilities: if you live in Oregon, your amount will be a at the low end of the range, and if you live in New York it’ll be at the high end. Contact me if you’re interested in buying a piece and I will send you a total based on your zip code.

For shipping anywhere else: First Class International is the least expensive method, but, unfortunately, it is still very expensive. Priority Mail International is another option that is somewhat faster and includes a tracking number, but it is even more ridiculously expensive. I’ve never had a problem using First Class, but obviously I can’t make any guarantees on that point; if you’re buying an expensive piece, it might be a good idea to use Priority for the tracking.
